The Google Pinyin IME is an input method optimized for Chinese character input.

The IME offers a variety methods for fast and easy input of Chinese characters, including:
- T9 input
- Latin keyboard
- Voice input

We currently support both simplified and traditional Chinese characters, as well as punctuation, emoticons, Latin characters and digits. Voice input is network-based in order to provide highly accurate matches.

Note: To be used on your Android device, the IME must be enabled in "Settings" → "Language & keyboard settings".

Recent changes:
Support for dictionary updates. The system dictionary will automatically update.

Latest version: 1.4.2 (for Android version 2.1 and higher)

It works on T-mobile G2, but it crashed after 5 sms ....

It is working great with my samsung SGS, and it is great it supports traditional chinese.

It used to work on HTC Desire, but after the last update it didn't load - rendering some apps useless. Very annoying! However, it has been fixed now.

Idk Im not sure where this came from. I never downloaded this. And it won't let me uninstall. It is still on my phone after a factory data reset, and a new sd card. DO NOT DOWNLOAD!
