Organ Trail is a retro zombie survival game. Travel westward in a station wagon with 4 of your friends, scavenging for supplies and fending off the undead. Members of your party might die of dysentery or you might have to put them down yourself when they get bit. Faithfully recreated it as if it were on the Apple 2, Organ Trail offers amazing 16 color art and retro beeps and boops. Packed full of zombie mechanics, themes and references; this is a must have for any zombie survival fans.

Created by a small indie team in Chicago, The Men Who Wear Many Hats are very excited to launch with this game as their first commercial product, funded by our Kickstarter fans.

*We're not sure why the expansion download doesn't work sometimes. The solution mostly it involves retrying a bunch. Jumping between "restore purchase" and "buy expansion" will eventually get you the expansion. During the "waiting for a response from the store" phase, it shouldn't take more than a minute or two so if it takes longer than that... cancel and switch to the other option. Sorry for the trouble. I wish I knew a better way to fix this. Thanks for playing!

User reviews of Organ Trail: Director's Cut
Super old school Walking Dead fun. I'm shocked and surprised in a very nice way. Plays on the Galaxy Note and the Nexus 7. Pixelized head shots it turns out are quite satisfying.

Broken? I LOVE this game and it totally deserves 5 stars... but in my first play through it just stopped right before getting to safe haven... and when I went to main menu after wards and tried it again... it still wouldn't work.

Fun for the old 90's Apple crowd! I loved the original Oregon Trail. I would play it every chance I got when I was just a wee child (20 years ago). When I saw this game, I had to have it. So fun to relive the old game! - Negative: needs method to "quit" rather than hitting home key and force closing app. Gave four stars for that reason. No other complaints otherwise.

Fantastic I love this app, I even bought the extra content. It was worth every penny. Great game concept and I absolutely adore the 8-bit decor. I'd love to see more games as great as this one. Must buy

Bugs in new update With the newest update, I cannot exit the settings. The layout of a new option seems to overlap an old one. The done button does nothing. That said, it's a fun game. I just want to me the music while playing. Will update rating once the settings screen is fixed.
