Amazing! It makes house hunting even more fun than it already is. I drive around neighborhoods homesnapping and the instant return of information makes this a very efficient and practical app. !!! WARNING!!! NO HOMESNAPPING WHILE DRIVING!

Innovative Professionally, I agree with some reviews and add my closing history not readily available (name change & both are common surname) & have picked up others listings as my own for review by clients. Incorrect information is difficult to correct from app. It is a good start, however. My clients & customers enjoy, too.

Does What Other Apps Don't for Agents I"m always driving around as an agent and when I see a sign in an area I'm working in, I often want to spot-check value. Fast. My MLS doesn't have a tool that can provide a ball-park figure in under 30 seconds. Homesnap does. My market is hot right now so the low end of the value is never really right. If you stick with the middle mark to the high mark and maybe even a bit above you'll know what a home is worth within just a few percentage points. Good enough for spot checking values. I wouldn't build an entire CMA around it though. One improvement that needs to happen is we need the ability to zoom in on the map. There's not control for that in android right now which means all the pins are often piled on top of each other making it problematic. Also, there should be a way to manually set your position AFTER the app puts you on the map. My GPS on my phone often seems to be off by as much as 300 feet which means the app will think I'm as much as 2 streets over and not provide proper choices among the pins after taking a snap. Allowing one to tap where you REALLY are and then have the app re-pull available choices would make sense.
