★★☆☆☆ This app no longer works with Android. In the past I thought it was my phone. I have since updated my phone twice and it still doesn't work. Since then I've seen dozens of reports that the app is no longer working for a large number of people and possibly even more who haven't reported. It doesn't seem as if anything is being done to correct this.

★★☆☆☆ I just changed to optimum. Come to find out your app is not up to date? I thought you guys were a legit and technical advanced company. After all the high price you bill us.. you would think an App would be functional...1 star because we are in year 2020.
