New phone now it wont work at all! No help from customer service. Completely unusable!!! More trouble than its worth. Every time it updates something in your data is fouled up. My entered time doesn't not match what is printed on my reports. I have never been able to speak to a human even though I'm a paying subscriber. Terrible customer service! If it worked regularly and I could get some sort of customer service I'd rank it higher. It's easier to write my time down manually.
