BATTERY USE
With Moves, our goal was to create an app that will keep your phone running fine if you charge it nightly. In tests with Moves and other typical phone use, we’ve reached that goal, but your results may vary, as there are many variables that affect battery consumption. We’re continuously working on minimizing battery consumption even further.

SAMSUNG NOTE II INCOMPATIBILITY
Unfortunately, Samsung Note II cannot run its accelerometer sensor in the background. We have tried different solutions, but we have not found a satisfactory way to support the device. We would really like to support Note II and try to find a way in the future.

The app need internet connection to update the amount of walked steps, which is not necessarily available if you want to check how much you're doing on a hiking trip for example.

Proud I am really happy with this app except the battery uses on my Samsung Galaxy S5.

Must have DEVELOPERS, PLEASE! add an option to make custom notes for activities or selected time period intervals. I can go to past days to see exactly how my day went and what I did. I love moves and I believe that you can make it better!

Too heavy on the juice! After just 15 minutes it had used 3% of my battery life

Great Concept. Poor Execution. I love the Moves concept. An app that tracks my activity continuously without excess battery drain and that shows my activity in a Storyline correlated with time and location data is exactly what I need. However, the execution of that concept is poor. Distances and step counts seem to vary, sometimes wildly, for known routes and vs. other step counters. I have seen my step count per mile vary from about 1500 steps per mile to over 3500 steps per mile on days with very similar activity. I've also noticed some activies that don't register steps or distance -- cutting my grass, for example. And, at times like the last 3 days, there is no location data in my storylines. I've used Moves for over a year, but I always seem to be on the verge of giving up on it.
