~ to start using Spacedraw, follow the Quick start tutorial: www.scalisoft.com/quickstart.htm ~

~ watch the video in at least 480p to make all details discernible ~

* the free version only saves / exports scenes with up to 1000 vertices, and no history

Recent changes:
fixed:
- tripod now rotates with the objects if ref. CS is set to object or each
- mirrored objects becoming black / wrong normals
- splines were offset a bit when extruding them
- elements were not selectable after transformations sometimes
- correct linkeing to a new parent
- link hierarchies are copied correctly
- instances are copied correctly
- .SPA, .SPAH, .OBJ files(capital letters) can be opened

also, when using the menu key to hide the UI, the view now can be changed while UI is hidden

Looks promising It's not blender but it looks just as good. The interface is extremely confusing compared to the more expensive PC 3d rendering programs but I'm sure I'll figure it out in a few hours like I always do. As a suggestion the app should already have a cube in place of the grid when you open up the app. Look at blender for a reference.

vert herding on the go! When I found this app I couldn’t help but compare it to blender or Maya. It has that much potential to it. I'm very surprised big developers like Autodesk haven't made a package this full featured yet. While it is full featured its also very small which on the pro side means its very fast and simple, on the con side its also new and a little qwarky but at least as reliable as the next best thing, but its getting better. Being that this is a mobile app; don't expect to make a half million poly masterpiece, It is, however, possible to crank out a decent portfolio of low poly assets in the time you spend between wi-fi connections. The tools and concepts of the development of this app are centered mostly around modeling and but it contains basic lighting and texturing features though past modeling they are a bit lack luster unless you modify your projects in a more adequate package. This may change eventually but for now it restricts creation to simple objects or presentation of objects that this software can import (only .OBJ files currently) The documentation makes for some dry reading and the current crop of tutorials are a bit hard to digest. One stumbling block of presenting

vert herding on the go! Space draw is an amazingly full featured program for only 2.4mb of size. I won't pretend that its as complete as some production suites you'd run on a PC or workstation but its impressively stable and functional for such a surprisingly small app. The pros of using this software is its able to create geometry without to much fuss. While you won't be making a half million poly masterpiece you could easily crank out a low poly portfolio in a matter of days in the time you spend between wifi connections. It includes a basic lighting engine, texturing with UV support and a repeatable user experience that is fairly easy to manipulate and understand. The cons of this software is that it lacks good documentation. I can't fault the developer for this though because he's a programer with an artistic side. Referencing the manual or the one quick-start makes for very dry reading that is not very informative. There are screencasted tutorials that play like silent movies that can be equally difficult to digest. The instruction is lacking but I'm sure as this app gets more popular this will change. There are a few other nits I could pick with the work-flow, considering I come from a profession
