DS photo allows you to browse through the photo collection on your Synology NAS server on the go, as well as interact with friends using the comments in real time. Organizing your photos is easy: with traditional albums, using tags to create virtual albums or with a simple tap with the timeline mode! Better yet, download albums to the Android device to view them even when no network connection is available, and use the Photo Backup to effortlessly upload your photos taken with your Android device onto your own personal cloud.

Mit Synology- NAS das perfekte Fotoalbum ohne die privaten Bilder auf div. undurschaubaren Clouds zu hosten.

Great promise, but unfortunately doesn't work with dynamic DNS services such as dyndns.org.

Slow, buggy, bit annoying Problem with autobackup+delete is it's immediate, so if you take a photo and then want to share it, it's gone. So you open the app and try and find the photo and it's sloooow. Slow to load, login, and browse. Created a smart folder for the last 10 uploaded pics but they don't allow you to download new pics immediately either. Improvements: 1. Allow autoupload with a time delay. 2. Autoupload to a date/time stamped folder each day. 3. Speed everything up.

No sort options & slow Having a camera uploads folder with tens of thousands of pics makes it difficult to scroll to find older photos. Having better sorting options within the app and being able to scroll through the photos in a way that Dropbox does it would be highly appreciated. Crashes often. Can't chanfe the view to display smaller thumbnails to find somethinf quicker. In timeline mode you can't select say a specific date or interval from 2011 to display the pics made on that date.
