I have been a HP-42s user since 1991. I am very pleased with the Free42 emulator. I have used the versions for Palm OS, Windows, and now Android.

GOOD HP CALC A bit different than the HP's I'm used to, 32sii & 48SX&GX. Reminds me some of the old 41cx I started with. I'm sure I'll figure it out. It's so much better than the calc that came with my Android. >>> I don't give 5 stars often <<<

Best emulation of the best. This is the best emulation of one of the best, if not the best, calculators out there.

Spot on This calculator app captures the supreme usability and usefulness of the old HP42s as well as a phone or tablet possibly can. Cost or rarity is no longer an obstacle to making regular use of that excellent RPN calculator. In case anyone is wondering, the reason this calculator wants location is because you can grab that info within the app and use it in a calculation. There's no permission for it to phone home.
