The Vlingo Keyboard was taken out of the latest version, but you can again replicate the functionality if you have Android 2.2 or higher:
1. Go to Settings
2. Select Voice input & output
3. Select Vlingo under the Voice Recognizer drop down

Then you can access Vlingo via the microphone button on whatever keyboard you use.

I am very very impressed. So far VLingo has understood my voice perfectly, and has found answers to every question I have put to it. Great in the car. I do agree with raisedinpower that integration with Google Voice SMS would be a terrific improvement. All in all, though, highly satisfied!

Excellent app! Has gotten much better at everything! Unfortunately still leaves many ristretto_temp files scattered through your SD card. Even though I paid for it a long time ago I still see the ads. Also, SafeReader doesn't work with Google Voice SMS. Please fix this! EVO 3D

Amazing app, and the included SafeReader app(automatically speaks incoming text messages, etc.) is worth the price all by itself!

I loved this app until the 3.5 update. now my call button had stopped bringing up the vlingo prompt, and when using my Bluetooth headset, it now seems to disconnect we hen switching from one app to another, such as trying to answer a phone call when listening to podcasts. the previous version was great, and had none of these issues.

Quiet and recognition just okay Doesn't say much. Just beeps. Asked for local movie listings and got theaters. Doesn't recognize the word, ”pica” when asked, ”How many picas are in an inch.”

Great on Optimus3d Not perfect in every way but very usable app,best i have seen and used, would recommend, can't believe its free, Thank you developers
