Zappos used to be a good place to get shoes. Now when you order something it stays in a "processing" status forever. Contacting customer service is impossible, and they used to have great service. Just like everything else Amazon touches, it's ruined. Won't use this again.

Horrible app I have set up my notifications for a specific shoe, and they never notify me even after seeing that the shoe has been in stock. They never restock on purpose. But on the Amazon app everything is fully stocked. Makes no sense

I personally wouldn't recommend ordering from Zappos. Placed an order for two items 5 days ago, and although one of the items has shipped, it's been delayed twice already, and the other item is still "processing". Can't get a straight answer from any customer service rep. They just want to tell jokes in a chat, which is kind of annoying because I just want my order. UPDATE: Just got the email that my order is delayed again......
