ComEd


ComEd’s FREE mobile app allows customers to report their outage and check the restoration status right from their smartphone. Customers can also receive notifications as their outage status is updated and view the ComEd outage map for more details regarding their outage, such as the estimated time of restoration, crew status and probable cause of the outage. In addition to the outage reporting functionality, customers can view their account summary and history, manage Budget Billing and automatic payments, report a meter reading, and find a payment location. Customers will also be able to make a one-time payment through the app. The app will make it easy to manage more than one account at a time; customers can access up to five residential accounts through the mobile app.

Recent changes:
Issues identified in the earlier release regarding login access have been fixed in this release. Additional functionality introduced in this release includes:

1. ComEd customers have the ability to learn about RRTP and view real-time pricing rates. RRTP participants can access pricing and bill savings information.
2. ComEd customers will have the option to rate the user experience of the application. Customers can choose to receive a reminder and would be prompted again after 30 days.
