With CUA Online Banking for Mobile, you can:
 Access your accounts
 Check your balances
 Make transfers between your accounts and to external payees^
 Pay bills using BPAY payments to existing BPAY Billers^
 Find the location of your nearest ATM
 View our latest offers and promotions

^ External payees or BPAY billers must first be set up in CUA Web Banker.

Accessing CUA Online Banking for Mobile
If you’re already registered for CUA Web Banker, you’re ready to go! Your password or Web Access Code (WAC) for CUA Online Banking for Mobile is just the same as for Web Banker. Simply enter your CUA member number and WAC to log in. If you’ve forgotten your WAC or have been locked out, please call CUA Direct on 133 282 to reset your WAC.

If you’re a new online banking customer, you can register today by calling CUA Direct on 133 282 or drop into your local branch and we’ll get you set up and mobile in no time.

Security
CUA Online Banking for Mobile provides the same high level protection as our Web Banker service. We recommend that you do not save your WAC or Member Number anywhere on your mobile phone. Always make sure you log out of CUA Online Banking for Mobile when you have completed your banking. Additional advice and tips to protect yourself and your information can be found on our website www.cua.com.au/about-cua/site-help/security-and-fraud

Acceptable when it works will be "unavailable" for days in a row & have to log in using internet browser. should be more reliable.

Worse bank app ever I have nothing but bad comments as this is by far the worse. Worst. Ever. . Almost want to change who I bank with. Please try to fix it. Update it.

Limited functionality Cannot add reference tags to transactions, can't add new payees, and app crashes about every five initiations and goes into several loops of restore/crash. I found the best way out of this loop was just to kill the app and restart. This instability makes it feel less secure.

Not available Every time I use the app it says mobile banking isn't available at the moment. I've been trying to access it for 3 days now. What the heck is going on?
