Perfect for a quick workout I have good arm muscles but have a little bit of a beer belly. So this app is perfect to do a quick ab workout before bed..or whenever I want. Even able to do custom workouts to keep it mixed up!

Good app but needs more features Find this app really good... But it needs the ability to lengthen the time between sets. You simply don't get enough time to get into position between exercises... Being able to set a reminder would be good too... Also a way of tracking your progress is really needed...The pause is too small as are the videos.. There hasn't been any noticeable changes to this app for a very long time! Still no full screen video option or ability to set interval between exercises..
