Daily Arm Workout contains two 5 to 10 minute daily arm, chest and shoulder routines that step you through twenty of the best upper body exercises you can do in the comfort of your own home. It works! I do this combined with the abs and it really works! Taking 10-20mins out your day is not much to ask! I'm a fitness instructor and I am always doing high cardio so this is perfect for me to get some toning! Love Love Love! :-)
