✓ The first value in the list represents the date for your body measurements.
✓ You can change the formula for calculating the result using the formula section in the list.
✓ You can specify your gender by tapping the gender icon in the list.
✓ For each type of formula you will have to specify different values for each measurement.
✓ For the height measurement you need to specify your height in centimeters or feet, either by using the slider or by typing a numeric value.
✓ For the weight measurement you need to specify your weight in kilograms or pounds, either by using the slider or by typing a numeric value.
✓ In the date of birth section you need to enter your date of birth by using a succesion of date menus.
✓ If you tap the icon of a measurement a window containing extra information about the measurement will open.
✓ You can specify the value of the activity level using values between 1 and 10, or by selecting one of the combo options.
✓ Each measurement you set right is checked.
✓ When all the measurements needed are checked you can press the calculate button.
