Mobile deposits The mobile deposit part of the app...which is the main reason I downloaded it...is a joke. Tried numerous times in various lighting conditions, and it still doesn't work. Need to get with BB&T....family has that feature on that app and never has trouble with it.

Mobile Deposit Did not work for me so I went the window and made the deposit and they restricted my usage of it for 6 months without notifying me because the deposit supposedly went through on the app. It was an app error not mine.
