The freedom of mobile banking is here! At Defence Bank we pride ourselves on service, support & financial security. As a part of continuing to improve our service you can now access banking wherever you are, through our Defence Bank App.
It lets you:
- Find Branch and ATM locations near you
- Stay up to date with news, events and promotions
- and gives you convenient access to Mobile Banking to:
- Check account balances
- Transfer money to other accounts
- Pay bills via BPAY
- View recent transactions
- View your Auto Transfers.
To use Mobile Banking, you must first be registered for Defence Bank Online Banking.
If you are not registered yet, then follow the instructions below.
- Login to Defence Bank Online Banking via our Web Page (www.defencebank.com.au)
- Click on the "Maintenance" tab, at the top right hand corner of the screen
- From the menu on the left hand side, click "Contact Details".
- Ensure the mobile phone number recorded is your current mobile phone number.
- Click "Save Details".
- From the menu on the left hand side, click "Mobile Preferences".
- Read the amendments to Defence Bank's Products and Services Conditions of Use.
- Check the checkbox beside each account that you would like to access via Mobile Banking.
- Click "Save my Mobile Banking Preferences".
- You are now registered for Defence Bank Mobile Banking!
