Changed my way of thinking By using this app in addition to CBT therapy, those little problems that seemed as big as Everest don't seem so big anymore.

Really effective It's really helpful! It's just an understatement to say that, but I can only say that the resources here will extremely put you back to being mindful and gives sense to deal with situations, even the littlest details most of us struggle with. God bless you for publishing this app.

Great! I just downloaded it so I haven't had a chance to use it. I'm bipolar, manic depressive and have panic attacks with some OCD. Yeah I'm a mess. It looks like it will be very useful. Thank you!

So helpful Very useful app. This app is great for you whenever you're having a tough time, and it's great for your doctor to quickly and easily see your progress. I've learned many useful tools from it. The more I use the app, the more I like it.
