A GOOD APP NEEDS SOME TECH INPUT This seems to hold the possibility of a real step forward through depression. To use the cognitive (depression) diary, save the last entry, then press delete. This will bring up a new entry form. This seems to be the only way to do this on some devices.

Depression self help guide Self help with much input with app. It is superb. I thought same old...but no its not. Its real . Its the right one for me. In few months I be singing in the rain. Thank you so much.
