A Life Improved Depressed or Not! Even if you aren't exactly depressed, I highly recommend this app it will help improve your quality of life! At first I couldn't figure out how to use it & uninstalled it, but when I decided to try it again & spent a little more time with the app I realized how valuable it is. Thanks for creating this and making it free!

A miracle This app is so awesome for people who need CBT. I took a class at my local community services board and this app is so incredibly like the class! I absolutely love it! I am currently waiting to see a new therapist and can not wait to share this app with her and to see how much it can help me with therapy and also on my own. I believe it will be an incredibly helpful tool. I will recommend this to everyone I can. I can't thank you enough for this. PEACE & BLESSINGS TO YOU! (Will send a future update)
