Diet is often associated with restricting amount or totally excluding some food from the nutrition. However with less calories your body may not receive essential vitamins and minerals necessary for the correct functioning of all metabolic processes!

My diet tracks nutrients, vitamins, minerals and show deficiency according to Recommended Daily Intakes* according to your age (infants, children, adults), gender (man, woman) and special nutrition requirements (pregnancy, lactation).

Special attention is payed to pregnancy and lactation nutrition. These conditions requires increased consumption of calories, protein, calcium, folic acid, vitamin D and other essential vitamins and minerals to support growth and correct development of the baby. This application will track nutrients required for correct child growth and development.

My Diet will be helpful to everyone who maintain healthy lifestyle or follow restrictive diets like vegetarians, pescetarians etc.

So far so good I've been waiting for an app like this. Up till now the only apps I could find tracked calories and fat :/ I love the vitamin and mineral tracking! One note though - I got some (low spf protected) sun today which gave me a good dose of vitamin D. There is no way to add it though. Also I would really love a "recommended food" healthy suggestions to fill in the gaps .

Only two complaints I have tried a few health tracking apps and this one is definitely the best of them. My only two complaints: 1. When you manually enter a food onto the list. You are not given the option to put in vitamin and mineral info. In addition to the carbs, sugars, etc. Since I am trying to track my vitamins as well, this would really be helpful. 2. It does not tell you or help you calculate how much of each nutrient you need. It took me two hours and several different websites to find out my nutrient needs.

Great app - room for improvement Hi - I love the app.. it was difficult to find in the app store. Would you consider adding the following to the app? - ability to track sodium - ability to add notes to the food item and/or the category and / or the day. I am currently using this app to record all my food intake to then provide to my Dr. to determine what my symptoms are and allow these entries to print out on the exported document. Thank you, V

Very good, some bugs There's a bug that happens all the time. Progress bar doesn't match the numeric value, there's only a small part colored in, when the value is way above recommended amount. After changing the date (just pressing date icon and "Done") the bars get colored in properly. Other than that it's a really good app. I had to laugh at another reviewer who isn't aware that "kcal" means calories and gave this app two stars because of that.
