Divorce Coping Tip of the Day

Divorce Coping Tip of the Day

The Divorce Coping Tips of the Day are penned by Tracey West, author of Poetry of Divorce for Women and Diary of Divorce, see www.TraceyWest.co.uk for further details.
The tips are packed with emotional and practical help and advice and are non-vitriolic; you’ll not find anything advising you to slice up your partners clothes or clean the toilet with their toothbrush, but they will present you with ways to balance out your pain or feelings of desperation.
References to supporting agencies, like counselling services and domestic abuse organisations for example, is UK centric but the advice is sound regardless of your location; overseas subscribers may have to seek local equivalent agencies.
Above all, we hope they will leave you with a sweet and positive taste in your mouth as you continue to put one foot in front of the other. For now, all you need to do is download the app, get yourself out of that spiralling nightmare that is divorce and get back on track!

Haven't even read yet.. Going to today b4 I loose a screw and my heart unplugs.. Can't wait until I have time to read this and get into it because I need some inner peace. Look, putting all my business for the world to see..oh well. Not like it's a secret..Just sad that my ex dislikes me so won't talk to me, not like the man I used to know.. it's so heart breaking especially since we have beautiful children that deserve better than this crap. I'm not perfect, I keep praying, maybe he won't ever talk to me again.. Maybe he's re married happy. **I wish him happiness more than anything!
