The tips are packed with emotional and practical help and advice and are non-vitriolic; you’ll not find anything advising you to slice up your partners clothes or clean the toilet with their toothbrush, but they will present you with ways to balance out your pain or feelings of desperation.
References to supporting agencies, like counselling services and domestic abuse organisations for example, is UK centric but the advice is sound regardless of your location; overseas subscribers may have to seek local equivalent agencies.
