High Intensity Bodyweight Training
The DoCFIT bodyweight fitness app let you choose between two high intensity bodyweight training protocols that will challenge you: AMRAP (as much rep as possible) and AFAP (as fast as possible). You can do a short 10-minute bodyweight workout on a busy day or challenge yourself with a 30-minute bodyweight workout on the weekend.
