This most definitely isn't going to make you do 100 push ups in 6 weeks. Its not any programme I've seen and even after setting it to hard it starts off very slow and easy. Waste of time.

The 100 Pushup Program breaks each day into 5 sets and gives a target for them over a 6 week period. I'm either missing that part or this app is not based on the official 100 Pushups Program. The claim to guide you along the 6 week program is false. Having said that, as a plain pushup counter it's actually pretty good, but I won't be keeping it. I'm giving it a thumbs up only because there's no neutral option and it doesn't deserve a thumbs down.

I love the app. Would love to see the 200 squats and 200 sit-ups programme included as it was in your original intentions

Very nice, but it should ask for age to define rank better. Also, it would be super if DGMT reminded me for workout three times a week... :) @Jamal: muscles need rest - three times a week is good for most people.

Great app, really helps. I doubled my pushups with this and can now do 97. I wish there were more features like syncing your progress online, or being able to post your progress whenever you want, not just after doing pushups.

Just about works The progress chart bugs out after a few days and clears your progress. Also the app crashes after the final set every time. Still, it works as an incremental trainer.

Pretty good for the most part The only issue I have is that it doesn't post results to Facebook and resets or deletes my progress from the graph when I try to post.

Good app. Wud be great if you cud use it as a counter for your own exercises.
