All I get when I choose a file to upload is a rotating blue circle, nothing else happens. This is utter rubbish

This was working great on my Galaxy 10.1 tablet until version 3.0 came out. If I am in the Gallery, the new upload menu navigation is not that friendly. I don't see any way to created a new folder with this version while using the Gallery. If I close the Gallery and just open the Dropbox app on its own, then I can add a folder. That makes extra steps.
