Need more options for your chronic insomniacs out there. Lights off at midnight. Lights on at 6 am. Time to fall aslepp, didn't. Which is not an option. Lol

The app was great until the 3rd day when the "rate it" message popped up continuously, even after I rated the app & chose the option to never receive the option to rate the app again. Very frustrating.

It's a big help! I've only been using it for a few days, but I can already c how this app is going 2 inform my insomnia. I have ADHD which contributes 2 my deplorable sleep habits; the impact on my awake time is devastating. It's an eye opener to c n black & white how little efficient sleep I am actually getting at night (no wonder I'm such a grump)! This information will b valuable 2 share with my psychiatrist & will hold me responsible 4 changing my sleep habits. Definitely recommend app 4 anyone suffering from insomnia.

A Good Sleep tracking application. What I like about this application against the previous sleep applications is its simplicity and uncluttered approach.
