**You must own a Synology NAS to run this app, and be running the latest version of Cloud Station 3.1 on your DiskStation to get the full set of features**

DS cloud is the counterpart to Cloud Station for your Android device. It allows you to choose the folders on your DiskStation which you want to sync to your mobile device and make available for offline viewing. DS cloud also gives you total control over the sync criteria: for each folder, you can set the maximum file size as well as the type of files you wish to sync.

Crashes It crashes when opened after a profile is created. It does sync but you can never again open it to make any adjustments.

It's ok cause at least uploading Two points which I don't like. The first one it drains a lot of battery. It is pointless to use it instead another products cause onedrive dropbox Google drive and all other apps like this consume less. Second it can synchronize only one local phone folder . Why developers did sync to one folder this is madness and it must be changed. I do believe if Synology try to sell its products by advertising private cloud technique then all of this must be improved .

Drains battery Phone gets hot and battery graph shows that ds cloud is using all the power. This happens intermittently but often so I had to disable it completely. This is a 5* app, but not when I can't use it. Looking forward to the next update.

One folder?? A fresh installation of the latest version on 4.4.4 gives the possibility to select and sync only ONE folder! Hope to hear something soon about it, this way it is useless!!

Utility hampered by upgrade and password changes Every time you change your password you have to set up each folder to sync again as there is nowhere in the app to change your logon details. EXTREMELY ANNOYING.
