Synology should be ASHAMED!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Not syncing properly, even with a Samsung S3 running KitKat 4.4.2 ROOTED this app still does not work properly. Been hearing from Synology that this was an Android issue, that it was fixed in KitKat but does not work for Lollipop, etc. Tons of excuses. Sorry folks, but this is why QNAP is the better brand and why I have started recommending it to my clients.

No sdcard support in lollipop as mentioned by others please fix If you store your pictures etc on your sdcard as you phone is out of space (most android users) then it won't backup from that location. Just looks like the app needs to request sdcard permissions (was a problem under 4.4 I believe, not on 5.0) as it will backup from sdcard if you put under the specific com.synology...... Folder but not the dcim folder etc used by android. Please Fix!

No support for SD on lollipop! This makes it practically useless. All the important files would be on the SD card! A lot of apps now have support for SD on Lollipop. You need to catch up...
