DW VMAX


The DW mobile viewer for Android Smart Phones and Tablets is a free app that allows users to connect, view, playback, and search Digital Watchdog’s video surveillance solutions anywhere, anytime.
The new remote viewer with a user-friendly Graphic User Interface allows remote control of Digital Watchdog’s popular security products, including VMAX, VMAX480, VMAXFlex, VMAXCore, and VMAXIP.
It also allows users to view up to 16 channels simultaneously in live or playback, capture immediate still images, and control PTZ cameras.
New features include live video, search and playback, PTZ control, audio and microphone control, snapshot images and screens’ order reorganization.

Help How can i contact you about the issue I'm having? ?? I did a factory reset on my Galaxy S4 and updated to 4.4.4. Since doing that I can no longer access the DVR system with this software. Help!!!! How do I contact you?

Save button yes there is one but hidden For those who can't find the save button, hold down the recently used apps button. That will bring up menu options where save is located. DW need to make the menu on screen like most apps now.

Still has no save button. Looks like they would have addressed this issue by now. So many complaints about this. We own an alarm company and install lots of systems. We have moved over to HIK Vision... A product that actually works 😱
