The E.ON Application is an easy to use application for both our customers and those who want to learn more about E.ON. It enables you to register to manage your account online and access your online account when you’re on the move through your mobile. Once registered you can give your meter readings*, view your new balance straight away and view your actual bill once we’ve produced it. You can even track your usage with our Energy Tracker. If you don’t already manage your account online you can still give readings and everyone who uses the app can get energy saving advice to help you save both energy and money. You can find some important numbers if you need to contact us or you have a gas or electricity emergency. If you just want to learn a bit more about E.ON there’s something for you too!

*Please note that if you're a Max Demand customer you will not be able to supply us with meter readings.

Can't log in I can't log in using the app but I can on the mobile site. I'll save the storage space and just use the mobile site.

No confirmation after submitting meter readings How hard could it be to include a simple field of an email address so they can send a confirmation that the readings have been received 100%? The notification within the app doesn't show a record of the date when the ratings were last submitted.

Ok for adding meter readings Slow to update the current bill. Usage tab is also slow to update.
