Some customers can't set up online accounts (these include Energy Protect, StayWarm and Warm Assist customers, or business customers with over 20 sites), so won't be able to use this app.

If you've just joined us you'll need to give us your opening meter reading before you can use the app. If you're a Max Demand customer you won't be able to send us meter readings using the app.

Fixed: Some customers couldn’t make payments with new card details, only with remembered cards. Both options are now working.
Our updated app is ready for our new Smart Pay As You Go accounts. You can use it to pay your bill and make payments on your account. If you have Smart Pay As You Go meters, you can top up and move money between your gas and electricity meters. You can also save your card details so you only have to enter them once.
