With the app you can:

• 24 hour emergency contact numbers
Please note that not all our customers can set up an online account at the moment and therefore use the app.
These include Energy Protect, StayWarm and Warm Assist customers or business customers with over 20 sites.
If you've just joined us you'll just need to give us your opening meter reading first to be able to use the app. If you're a Max Demand customer you will not be able to supply us with meter readings via the app.
