This app is a must-have for any regular traveler. It's so quick and easy. While you're on the go, you can check the balance of all your oyster cards. You can see in advance if you need to top-up. You can check the line's status and the train's departure times. The app supports multiple cards and multiple accounts.
If you forget to touch in/out (Incomplete journey), you get charged maximum fair. You can now request a refund directly from the app. You'll be notified if you have an incomplete journey.
If you experience sever delays you can claim a refund directly from the phone. You don't need to go to TfL, and it's really quick to do as the app has stored all the info you need to submit. You won't need to remember to do it when you get home as you can process the claim while the delay is happening!. A few clicks, and that's it - refund done; money on the way to you!

Works well, just wish I could type in station name, rather than the 'select from a scrolling dial' method. One-off payment in the app enables refunds forever. Recommended if like me, you often forget to touch out. Just make sure you claim within 2 months.

Fails to update The app fails to update the balance and history. When it worked it was brilliant but not any more.... Please fix

Stopped functioning App has stopped fetching any results - no oyster balance or history, no times, no service status. Nothing, nada, rien!

Good but still room for improvement, especially in terms of performance.

Degraded after upgrade. Cant claim I am unable to claim after upgrading app from last 2 months. Can you please fix it as this is the second issue and its complete blocker. After clicking on acceting terms goes in endless loop.
