Don't like it It's cool being able to put in meter readings but I want to be able to view my bills and make payments

please fix I can no longer submit meter readings, just keeps saying declined!

Fine I only wanted it for submitting meter readings and so far it's worked well.

EDF hold your head in shame! Don't waste your time or storage space on this app as you will be totally disappointed like many other customers. EDF have disabled the photo feature as they clearly know it doesn't work. That only leaves the manual 'Tap in' entry method to submit your meter reading which also doesn't work as it keeps declining my submitted reading.This app should be removed from the Play Store as it clearly doesn't function and proves that EDF haven't fully tested this app in a live test environment before releasing it.
