*About importing projects created by the free version:

*The projects in the free version can be transferred to pro version by hand, using the export to MusicXML and then import to pro version. But we have noticed that is a boring process. So we'll find ways to make it transfer data automatically.
*To do this you should export from free version and then import to pro version.
*Follow a few steps below.
*Export:
*Tap the share button on the top-left corner in the overview mode where you could see more than one staff in free *version. A dialog will be shown. Choose "Save MusicXML file to SD" or "Share MusicXML file" as you like to export *the score to a MusicXML file.
*Import:
*Currently you can not browse MusicXML files within the app directly. Alternately you could use some other file *management apps like "Astro" to browse files on your SD card or in other location, then just click the right *MusicXML file and open it with Ensemble Composer Pro. Finally you shout save it before exit.

Gotcha, hold the rectangles button I had th is on my S3, and I loved it so much. I upgraded to an S5 and now I cannot use the program because the lower left menu button is only on the S3 so I can't save or do anything of importance...learned to hold the silly new rectangles button to access the all important menu. This app is soooo worth it.

Too Many Bugs/Issues Tied notes are played back individually. Replaces end repeat barlines with start repeat bar lines a bar earlier whenever I load a saved piece. Guitar is played back at concert pitch rather than an octave lower - needs option to score transposing instruments as they need to be written, rather than as they sound. No Octava signs. Would be great if you could select and move notes that had already been entered. Can't delete ties after they have been entered - have to delete the notes. Sure there's more...

It literally does less than the free version All of the features I was paying for have disappeared, and I can't even get my money back. If I could rate this any lower, I would in a heartbeat. I am very disappointed, and will not be buying anything else from you. I hate to be so harsh, but this is simply unacceptable.

Has worsened over time At first I was all for ensemble composer, but as ov late it am realizing how terrible it has become. With so few updates to improve anything I will say it is not worth buying the pro version. An example, upon completing a score for solo piano, I decided to go back and add in the additional expression marks, slurs, phrase markings etc. I added everything I wanted to no problem and it played fine. Then I saved it and tried to reopen it and the app force quit and I lost the entire piece...thanks...
