Ent Mobile Banking App Disclosures:

• Ent Mobile Banking App users must be registered users of Ent’s Online Banking system.

• Deposit Checks functionality is only available to eligible accounts – for eligibility requirements visit Ent.com/DepositChecks.
• Skip-A-Pay is only available on eligible loans – for eligibility requirements and more visit Ent.com/SkipAPay.
There is no charge from Ent for any Ent Mobile Banking App service; however standard/other charges from your mobile service provider may apply.
Ent Mobile Banking App Android Version Support:
• Devices with 4.1 or higher operating systems are supported and have full access to all app functionality.
• Devices below 4.1 have access to our previous app version with original functionality.

Love the update The new Quick Balance update is super convenient. I love being able to look at my balance without having to type in my password when I need to know right away.

Android users be patient After having trouble I called for trouble shooting and Amy helped figure it out. It was a setting on my phone "developers options" that was "off" so after turning it "on" problem solved. Btw i like the new interface. Love garden of the gods.

Can't validate signature After last update when depositing a check the app says it can't validate signature so it held my check.

Had issues after the update After the update I had a problem with making deposits and a few other things. Was disappointed with the first person I spoke with in customer service..but after a couple frustrating days I insisted on speaking with upper management. Finally the path to nowhere took a different direction. 2 days l8tr upper tier tech support was able to track down the problem..it was a setting on my phone that was causing the problem. Thank you Matthew & Tanan for getting me the help I needed, I am once again a happy member.

Bad bad bad Since the change I hate the site. It looks awful, it's unorganized, and it keeps crashing on me. No log off option...My online banking is what I loved most and now I don't even care to log on. It's very hard on the eyes and not very well organized like I said. The site was perfect before. I don't understand why you need with something that was totally fine...images above are of old, PERFECT site...May uninstall.
