Android version doesn't support notes Notes section is always blank on android. My iPhone friends have it working fine. Most critical feature.

Latest version (3.6.2) is better, but... ... several issues remain where it's not as good as iOS version: 1) there's no default sort order that you can set - it resets to name every login. 2) There isn't a clear way to add/remove patients to the working list. Appreciate the ability to forward results now, as well as write short notes. Addending other notes still not possible, and vitals information buried in the Encounter information, vs in a separate tab.

Paul Yeaton The only app I have with a rating this low. As expected it has problems. Epic as a piece of software is amazingly inconsistent and illogical in its layout and concept of how it organized. This is useful to check some labs. Looking at notes, not so much as you can only see the last three. You can't manage lists. Looking for patients is challenging, mimicking the experience on the desktop.
