Epicor Proof of Delivery

Epicor® Proof of Delivery allows delivery truck drivers to accept a signature and/or photo upon delivery of goods to a customer location.

A signature serves as proof that the delivery was accepted by the customer. A delivery photo can be taken at each stop as well, which can help with delivery disputes - you will always have a record of what the delivery looked like when the driver left it.

Use of this application may require additional functionality to be enabled on your Epicor® ERP solution at additional cost.

Recent changes:
- Enable reason code selection for changing quantity on pick ups.
- PO and Release numbers with special characters were not displaying properly.
- Ensure a stop is only uploaded once, even if the route is re-downloaded.
- Size signature overlay text correctly on tablets and high density displays.
- Fix incorrect dropOff element count in the Route Complete upload.

Note: A minimum of Android 2.3 is now required. If you have an Android 2.2 device please contact Epicor support for options.

Getting better... This app was bug-ridden when first released, but has made many improvements. There are still bugs, but most of the qualms I have had with this app have been resolved. Some of the error messages can still be a bit cryptic, but they are getting better as well. The biggest disappointment was how well the whole Proof of Delivery process works with Prophet 21. While many bugs have been resolved, there are still components missing from this product, such as compatibility with multiple bins, that you would exp
