• View customer account, service history, equipment, saved documents & service maintenance agreement information.
• See the last 10 pending quotes for a customer with the ability to view details to accept and begin work or to take a prepayment.
• Add and edit customer equipment in account record or dispatch.
• Review the last 10 dispatches assigned to a particular device along with dispatch information and mobile invoice created.

Quote and Invoicing Features:
• Present a complete quote to your customer with the ability accept or reject items with the final price adjusting accordingly. Rejected items are saved in the customer account, allowing you to review these items on future visits.
• Scan QR or bar code of a part or serial number to quickly find and add items on quotes and invoices.
• Create, view, email, and print service quotes & invoices.
• Process payments & prepayments, including PCI compliant credit card processing.
• Capture customer authorization & acceptance signatures.

Customer Account Management Features:
• Add new customers.
• See historical customer invoice, quote and dispatch history.
• Add pictures from device camera and gallery to customer record.

Why dear Lord This is making my job more difficult and time consuming to do a dam invoice and clock hours. I do not get how this makes a tec more efficient sure there's less paper work the people are very suspicious when I hand in my telephone tell them to enter their card and then sign and say I'll email them a bill especially the older generation I'm not giving it less than 5 stars because it is a great program just not right for the service plumbing I do. Nor does it work for remodeling or larger invoices.

It can't add the total correctly I would expect a program for business would be able to do simple math, but it can't. It would also be nice if it can remember email addresses.

Note 3 Way to glitchie. Have to force close all the time and agree with way to many buttons to push.

Better than the previous version. I was super happy to see an explicit "cache" for each job. Works a little faster than the old ESC mobile, has a few less loading screens. It gets the job done. The UI is much more modern now. It still goes to "loading" when it really shouldn't have to. Lots of programs talk in the background without shutting down the UI. Just keep it updated while I'm using it, and if I don't have Internet, give me a red banner or something. If I tap to go back to the job list or tap on a job that's cached, pretty pretty please don't make me wait to see if the Internet is working before the screen comes up. (edit) All in all, a lot better than the old one, if only because you can see your jobs when you've got no Internet.
