• View customer account, service history, equipment, saved documents & service maintenance agreement information.
• See the last 10 pending quotes for a customer with the ability to view details to accept and begin work or to take a prepayment.
• Add and edit customer equipment in account record or dispatch.
• Review the last 10 dispatches assigned to a particular device along with dispatch information and mobile invoice created.

Quote and Invoicing Features:
• Present a complete quote to your customer with the ability accept or reject items with the final price adjusting accordingly. Rejected items are saved in the customer account, allowing you to review these items on future visits.
• Scan QR or bar code of a part or serial number to quickly find and add items on quotes and invoices.
• Create, view, email, and print service quotes & invoices.
• Process payments & prepayments, including PCI compliant credit card processing.
• Capture customer authorization & acceptance signatures.

Customer Account Management Features:
• Add new customers.
• See historical customer invoice, quote and dispatch history.
• Add pictures from device camera and gallery to customer record.

HVAC/R...............Sales/Service/Maintenance You can only have 6 users @ a time. If someone else needs to log in, someone else must log off & in every way there covered

HVAC/R Service Tech Issues with the total charge being edited by the app either off or over by a few cents. also has issues with everything on invoice changing to r22 even though I never chose r22.Its time consuming. Wish could change dates to yesterday, today & tomorrow & anything before or after should have dates & now it has erased my invoice from yesterday's call had alot of info on it & atill saying only added r22 so stupid & get a call back @ the end of the day. im sure there dealing w/ the other 4999 customers issues

😢 Will never rate any higher than a three star until the app is cloud-based. Tired of losing all my information when the power goes out or somebody from the office takes my dispatch from me. Would also be nice for working on my phone and then using my tablet to go over the invoice with the customer. After all, it is the next big technology. First came the internet, then came smartphones, then came cloud technology. I might as well be doing this with paper & pencil.
