What is Exercise Booster?

This application will help you keep a record of my exercise sessions and track my progress.

How can this help me track my progress?

I can define a goal, this is, how much exercise I must complete every week. The bars in the Progress Screen will show me how close I am to my goal.

Can I schedule my exercise sessions?

Schedules are helpful for planning your exercises ahead. For some people this can help making exercise a habit.\nFor some other a strict schedule is non-practical. Avoid the feeling of unfulfillment when missing a scheduled workout session. Work towards a goal instead.

How this helps me make exercise a habit?

I can exercise any day, at any time and for as much time as I want. Keeping the progress bar full will be my main motivation.\n\nMy score and level indicators (view My Statistics) will help me compare my progress with friends and family.

How close I am to my goal?

Look at the Progress Screen, see that bar at the bottom? Your objective is to keep that bar full. The bar will drop as days pass, keep an eye on it!

Why only seven days in the Progress Screen?

Your goal time is weekly-based for a important reason; that is, to keep you continuously encouraged to exercise yourself.
