LOVE IT!! I truly love this app, for many different reasons - first of all, its FREE. Also, unlike many other apps to log exercise time, it allows you to change the names of the exercises to the ones you actually use. Plus, I love how you can set your weekly target exercise hours/minutes. Im starting slow - just 5-minute workouts, several times a day, and I enjoy seeing those minutes add up toward my weekly goal...it encourages me to do more minutes - this, combined with an HIIT timer are all I need!
