1) Enter the same MobileBiz Pro company name in Expenses @t Work
2) Enter your expenses in Expenses @t Work

Then in MobileBiz Pro,
3) Open an invoice > Edit > Bill Expenses
4) Or, Home > Summary Reports > Profit and Loss


The app has a limit on number of records you can create. Just delete from existing ones if you need to add more. Or get the paid version to remove this limitation.

To Many Bugs Not worth the money, after I save my expenses they do not show on the main screen, where do the expenses go using samsung avanta phone 4.4.2 , uninstall the app and reinstall to see if that helps UPDATE: the reinstall seems to be working at the moment I will use it a while longer before I purchase the app, hope it works OK

Please add a feature to sync receipt images with dropbox, only updating changed and/or new receipt images. The zip and upload feature is impractical when you have many images as is re-uploads all images rather than just changed and/or new images.
