A non visible soft keyboard (Input Method) intended to be used with hardware Bluetooth and USB keyboards. It automatically brings up the Input Method dialog when Bluetooth keyboard connects or disconnects (on some devices this can also be made to work with USB keyboards). It supports a lot of different keylayouts also provides a lot of configuration options.

This app does NOT require a rooted device and there is a DEMO version available if you want to try it out before buying.

It's OK but not for nVidia Shield - GameStream: After trying various settings of this app (both English and Swedish layouts) using GameStream (Remote Desktop). I couldn't get any effect correcting the mess with either Bluetooth or USB keyboards. Only worthy effect was while staying in Android OS itself, then I finally saw some working key maps. But that's rather limited for me since I can't use its features while on GameStream unfortunately! Otherwise Android TV only has English layout for external keyboards compared to normal Android...

Super great app! Truly one of a kind...now that the quick launch settings is gone from lollipop (that allowed to customize the "search +" key assignments)it is the only app that I've found that allows the creation of USB hid hotkeys to launch apps. One feature request however...I'm using a programmable xkeys USB keypad for media control and launching apps(in car)....would be cool if EKHP would have an option to bring up a simple soft keyboard for doing searches...etc

Fixed my Bluetooth keyboard disconnecting Samsung Note 10.1 2014 tablet would constantly disconnect the Bluetooth keyboard, was so frustrating. I see alot of people have this same problem. On a whim I installed this app and IT HAS RESOLVED this bluetooth disconnect issue. I am not sure it was supposed to resolve it but it has and so thankful now. I have used my keyboard for two weeks straight and not lost the bluetooth connection one time. Thank you so much.

The best of its kind. Works out of the box, exactly as advertised.
