FieldOne Mobile is the ultimate Field Service Management application for service techs in the field. Working in conjunction with the FieldOne server application, this app will allow service companies and their technicians to:

* View and update all details of your and/or your field techs schedules.
* Record status changes to work orders in process
* Change time-in and time-out
* Update labor details, invoice information
* Record materials used on the job
* Capture customer’s signature
* Call, email and get driving directions directly from the application your customers, job sites, contacts, vendors and manufacturers
* View A/R balances for customers and job sites
* Ability to create a new schedule from the mobile
* Ability to create copies of an existing schedule

Tool, not a field service solution. This app currently does not support iOS since the iPhone 6 released. You can only look/manage time slots, not work orders. Work orders can be created but not viewed. Equipment can be viewed by searching under equipment tab but not edited or added. You cannot send customer a receipt of any kind from app. Crashes a lot while typing in notes causing you to re enter all notes again. We use it for a quick check in on the job or signatures when we need multiple tickets signed (software is really slow at this).

Requires Maintenance Contract FieldOne never told me that after my maintenance contract expired that mobile licenses cannot be refreshed. So even though I'm paying for them, they can't activate them without buying the annual contract again. No new features in almost two years on app or desktop software. Find another software.
