Doesn't support complex passwords with special characters I have a first niagara password with special characters and cannot use the mobile app. This is ridiculous that they still have not fixed it as of 8/17/2014. Do you know this means that you can guess that no mobile first niagara customers have special characters in their password?

Good app (thanks for the response.) I just tried logging in and can confirm it does work, now. Service outages are unfortunate, but they are do happen, so that does not impact my rating. This a good app; it does what's advertised. Still, apps are raising the bar across the board. For the 5th star I would need to see some noticeable performance improvements (namely loading speed and faster transitions) and possibly a rethinking of the menus/layout to make it even quicker to use (though the current layout is still pretty good.)

Fixed Update issues today. Fixed quickly when there was a problem. Stuff happens. It's how we respond that defines quality of support.
