Mobile check deposit feature almost useless Like all other reviewers have stated, you can barely use the feature. For me, taking a picture of the front of a check works fine most of the time. It's when you have to take a picture of the back. It never comes out even remotely clear. I don't know how many times I've had to retake pictures because the app obviously lacks a focus button. Please fix and I will add some stars but until then, this is all this app gets from me.

Check deposit needs work Has the feature and taking the picture of the front of the check seems to work just fine. But you can't get the camera to focus in the app and your signature on the back of the check is blurry and fails to upload correctly. You can't use images from the gallery on your phone as a workaround either. Frustrating.

Not diggin it My biggest problem is, by far, is that you cannot sign out. What's even worse, you can swipe down from the top at the password screen, and you can see your balances! How secure is that? I'll go to the web page, thank you.

Doesn't support complex passwords with special characters I have a first niagara password with special characters and cannot use the mobile app. This is ridiculous that they still have not fixed it as of 8/17/2014. Do you know this means that you can guess that no mobile first niagara customers have special characters in their password? Also not compatible with any password manager application, since the app resets itself if you is switch to another app.

Mobile Banking I've been using this app for at least a couple of years deposited checks, transfers money between accounts, I've had absolutely no issues with it. I have used it with a galaxy s 3 and a galaxy s5. ( zero problems )
