In the power workouts, all weights and repetitions will be recorded during the performance of every exercise. We have created a special interface for quick data entry, which includes the hotkeys, based on the general statistics of athletes and your personal statistics within the application.
In the interval workouts,the app consistently shows and voices the exercise that you need to do. Usually all exercise are 30 seconds long, including a 10 seconds break, and then the next round and so on. But the the intervals for the exercises can also be customised to fit your preferences.
To record the exercises you only need three clicks, so that it doesn’t distract you from the workout itself. During the exercise, the app shows you the whole history of this exercise and you will have a quick access to descriptions and animation of exercises.
This app has easy-to-understand and detailed descriptions, and animations to show how the workouts should be done properly. It also shows the mistakes one should avoid while completing a set. You can also create your own exercises and workout programs. You can also attach pictures from the Internet or your device, or use your own photos to customize the exercises inside of the app.
