Fleeteyes® offers a mobile app that is easy to download and use and is compatible with most Android tablets and smartphones. No expensive hardware or in-vehicle installation is required to use this app—Fleeteyes instantly connects to your system and can be used everywhere you go. This app allows you to see the latest updates about your vehicles and incidents when you are away from your work station. It provides true “dispatch in your pocket” functionality with access to your fleet—anywhere, anytime.
Fleeteyes mobile provides the information and features appropriate to your employees' roles and needs. For example, Supervisor Mode provides real-time incident data, vehicle status, and mapping features right in the palm of your hand. The mode provides value across all disciplines, giving crews the details they need while offering senior leadership a common operating picture (COP).
Fleeteyes also offers an MDT mode, which eliminates the need to purchase and install expensive MDT hardware. This tool can be set to send data to and receive it from Fleeteyes. For example, when the dispatcher assigns a vehicle, Fleeteyes sends GPS coordinates of the incident to the crew. As the crew changes their status, updates are transferred back to Fleeteyes, which ensures the dispatcher sees the current vehicle status at all times.
Note: Fleeteyes is designed for smart devices, including phones and tablets. We recommend using Fleeteyes MDT on a tablet, as it is optimized for larger screens.

Fleeteyes is equally fit for use by vehicle crews and their supervisors. It allows crew members to focus on everyday functions, such as responding to incidents and transporting patients, while maintaining ongoing communication with the dispatch center. Fleeteyes gives Field Supervisors a high-level view of what is happening in the field while enabling them to review information for any vehicle or incident.
Direct integration with a CAD system ensures that vehicle crews receive important information from dispatch in real time. As soon as a vehicle is assigned, job details are available, allowing the crew to start heading to the scene with no delay.
Fleeteyes MDT Featured Content
To aid communication between vehicles and dispatch, Fleeteyes offers built-in messaging features. Crews can send and receive messages on their device without interrupting the task at hand.
Fleeteyes keeps a record of previous incidents and lets crew members review this information. When a crew is not responding to an incident, they can bring up details of a past run on the screen.
Built with safety in mind, the app features an Emergency button that is available to the users at all times. When a crew needs help, they can alert others with a single tap on the screen.
Fleeteyes makes it possible for dispatch to not only send pick-up and drop-off locations to vehicles, but offers one touch routing to those locations. Crews no longer have to rely on paper maps, use rip and run printers, or manually enter the address into a navigation unit—the app provides all the information they need. With the right directions to the scene and Google Navigation™ spoken street names, crews no longer have to worry about getting lost.
We are pleased to introduce Fleeteyes for Android version 3!
