Fox Communities Credit Union

Fox Communities Credit Union

When our first location opened in 1937, we were known as Combined Locks Credit Union and served only the employees of Locks Mill. In 1974 - still only serving the employees of Locks Mills - we achieved the milestone of $1 million in assets. Those assets tripled within six years as we expanded to serve all the residents of Combined Locks. At that time, our staff consisted of four people, one of whom was Greg Hilbert, our current President.

In 1987, we became Fox Communities Credit Union. Within 3 years, we grew to 29 employees and nearly $40 million in assets. The various partnerships formed over the last 20 years have brought us to where we are today - almost $800 million in assets, 15 locations, serving 9 counties and more than 250 employees serving over 66,000 members.

Thank you for being a part of who we are today.

Does the job. Overall, I like the app, since I can make account transfers just as quickly, if not quicker than using the desktop site. I don't like, however, the fact that the back button exits the app, the fact that I can't hide the answers to my security questions, and the fact that it doesn't require all of my security questions to be answered before logging in from an unknown/untrusted device.

Slow Its quicker for me to load the main site in my phone's web browser than to use the app. When the app pulls up it loads adds. If I want to see your specials I'll manually look at them. Don't force them on me. I figured things would be different after they revamped the logins but it's not. The only difference I see is they pulled the mobile site off the internet to force you to use the app. I'm uninstalling, needs to be a quick check and leave type app.

App is too slow I don't need to see an ad every time I log in. Need to clean it up, and speed it up.

Not that great I feel that they could definitely do more with it. I mean I you JUST wanna know your balance, great. But ive used other apps through other banks that have been a whole lot more detailed and easier to use, just wasn't impressed.
