With three enjoyable workouts a week, in nine weeks you’ll be jogging continuously for half an hour, even if getting off the couch is a struggle today.

Get Running breaks through the “beginning barrier” with the popular “C25K” beginner’s running plan. With each new week, Get Running’s human coach, Claire, gradually builds up your pace until you’re running for a whole half-hour.

I lost 14 lbs using this app! Really gets you into running gently, so great for total beginners. Before you know it your running really long distances and losing weight. Only negative is sometimes the voice doesn't sync with the timing's.

Obedient little app! This app does just what I need it to, and doesn't bother me with anything unnecessary. It allows my music player to run at the same time, so I don't have to take any extra steps to listen to my favourite music. And when I upgraded my phone to a (new-to-me) Samsung Galaxy S Aspire, it transferred over seamlessly. It did randomly delete my progress once or twice when I was in week 3 or 4, but my phone was old and starting to glitch anyway. I just started from wherever I thought I was. Thanks!

I'm finding it fantastic. I haven't run much before and this app is helping me to get started at a great pace, loving it!
