With three enjoyable workouts a week, in nine weeks you’ll be jogging continuously for half an hour, even if getting off the couch is a struggle today.

Get Running breaks through the “beginning barrier” with the popular “C25K” beginner’s running plan. With each new week, Get Running’s human coach, Claire, gradually builds up your pace until you’re running for a whole half-hour.

Social sharing This is quite a good app to get you running from zero to Hero but is not without its problems. Social sharing to either Facebook Twitter can be very hit and miss or even not existent even if it says it has shared. Another thing people have mentioned it does not have GPS or give you a total distance readout. It actually is not designed for this if you look at it, therefore I could recommend some apps to run alongside this try Endomondo. Run keeper. Runtastic.each having a free version to use

It works. I'm the kind of person that never ran - not even to get the bus, I'd simply wait for the next one. And now I'm running 30+ minutes nonstop.
