Great workbook Does exactly what it should with tons of features to customize to your workout. Highly recommended as long as you have a workout in mind as it has a basic workout for a template.

Unintuitive and buggy It takes some considerable brain twisting to work out what the developers were thinking when they set the app up. The workflow is a complete mess. To add a new exercise to an existing routine while you're going through it takes way too long and doesn't seem to work half the time. Switching devices is a nightmare. Lazy noob programming. I would dump it and try something else but I've paid for the pro upgrade so I feel kind of compelled to get my money's worth.
