On devices with new android( 3.0 and above), you go to the app screen (lists all your apps icons), at the top of the screen, if there is a “widget” tab, click it, find glowing battery widget, and drag it to the place you want.

Bloated I bought this a while back for the widget and was quite happy with the app. Now it has become bloated, consumes battery life and the widget freezes.
