G2 Great app! Regular user who lives/works/plays in downtown LB. It works, cases get fixed, esp if you specify details in comment section.

Keep Long Beach Clean, Safe & Drivable! Used this app to report a pothole. App allows you to upload a photo and captures your gps location. I received an estimated repair time of 2 weeks. After two weeks passed and no fix, I became skeptical. Two more weeks passed and it was finally fixed. I am a believer again! LG Optimus V
