Go - Melbourne Train Timetable

Go - Melbourne Train Timetable

Train timetables don’t need to be complicated, GO lets you know when your next train is leaving.

Created in Melbourne for people who catch the train and want to simplify their commute.

GO Features:
• The latest departure and arrival times
• Swipe up to see a more detailed timetable
• Once you've added your trips the app functions without an Internet connection
• When you open the app your GPS location sets your closest saved route
• Background colour changes based upon the time remaining until the next departure

If you're not quite ready to leave, you can swipe up and see a timetable of the next few rides - both when they leave and when they arrive at your destination.

The app works offline*, yet is clever enough to update its timetables when they change. GO will even work out which trip you're likely interested in based on your current location.

Give it a try today!

[*] Adding new trips and timetable updating requires an active Internet connection. However, general use requires no mobile data connection whatsoever.

Simple but clever This app is great. In two taps/swipes I can find out when the next half dozen or so trains are running from my preferred station. It does one thing and does it very well. I hadn't realised you need to swipe up from the bottom of the screen to access the list- this makes all the difference.

Does well within it's intent. While lacking feature wise, I think used for trips taken daily (e.g. to work or school) it's a great way to glance at the for the next, or subsequent train times. I love the design, such as the circular countdown and colour changes for sooner the departure. I'm inclined to pay for the iap, due to the lack of any nicely designed apps for Metro, but I think others might be deterred from the app's lack of features for use outside much more than trips that are already accustom.

Great App with Simple interface I have been using the app for about a month and found its simple interface meets my needs, when is the next available train, at a quick glance. I think that the people who give this a low rating, don't understand its premise is to find frequently need when the next train is quickly. I have paid to get access to the Extra features.
