This service is available to all members enrolled in Golden 1 Online℠. With Golden 1's Mobile app, you can use your Android™ device to easily and securely:

- Check your balances
- Deposit checks
- Pay your bills
- Pay other people using Popmoney® personal payment service
- Transfer funds
- Find nearby Golden 1 ATM or branch locations

It's easy, fast, and convenient. Get started by enrolling and downloading our mobile app today. Sign on to the app using the same credentials you use to access Golden 1 Online. If you have not signed on to Online or Mobile Banking, you may now enroll using your mobile device or tablet. To enroll in Bill Payment and Popmoney, sign on to Golden 1 Online, select "Payments," then follow the prompts.

Please note for your added protection we have enhanced the password security on your account. Passwords are now at least six characters and require a combination of letters and numbers. Take advantage of this new security feature by logging into your online account first to update your password. After signing on using your current password, select "Self Services," then select "Change Password or User ID."

We continually listen to your feedback to help us search for ways to improve our Mobile app. Although we don’t have exact timeframes for implementation, we wanted to tell you about a few enhancements that we’re working on:

- Redesigning the Mobile app for a better experience
- Improving the ability to read checks in Mobile Deposit
- Adding the ability to set up Email and Text Alerts, as well as Push Notifications

- Quickly view your account balances and available balances by selecting the "Instant Balances " icon on the Sign On screen

Auto focus sucks When doing a mobile deposit and taking photos of the check, autofocus messes up the shot by being out of focus a majority of the time. Once in a while the shots come out ok. This auto fucusing feature should be removed or disabled.

Bill pay Doesn't allow me to modify payment amount. After changing date payment is going out it reverts back to a different amount than specified.

Great, but bill pay issues The app works well, except for the bill payment section. When I pay a bill through the app I would expect the bill to disappear from my "bills due" list. It doesn't, even after the payment clears. This has led to me accidentally paying a few bills multiple times. An annoyance that I can't really afford.

Can't rate it - it won't even open Installed on my LG G3, then tried to open and immediately I get a message that says "an error has occurred, please try again". There is nothing to try again, I can't even open it. I see that other G3 users are having the same problem. Bummer, was excited to try mobile deposit.
